Join the U.S. Green Building Council - Illinois Chapter's North/Northwest Branch for LEED V3 vs V4 M&V.  What Every Building Owner Should Know.

Post occupancy analysis of both LEED and Non-LEED building had shown that building operation has a significant impact on energy conservation.  Unfortunately most buildings don't install measurement and control devices that allow them to understand the impact of their post occupancy adjustment on energy consumption. This presentation will use M&V case studies to show its value and how to minimize the cost.  The presentation will  conclude by highlighting the difference between the LEED V3 and new V4 M&V requirements.

This program will help the participants:

1. Understand what is required to meet the LEED EAc5 Measurement and Verification requirement.
2. How to minimize costs associated with EAc5
3. Understand the cost benefits associated with energy measurement and controls.
4.  The pros and cons of different measurement systems.
