Join USGBC-Illinois for a Best of Greenbuild 2012 Webinar - LED Lamps: Can we kiss halogen and fluorescent good-bye?

A tsunami of LEDs with impressive performance claims is flooding the lighting market. LEDs are often a greener lighting option, but selecting the best and avoiding the worst can be tricky. During this Best of Greenbuild 2012 webinar, lighting experts from Pacific Northwest National Laboratory walk through how to evaluate LED products against other lighting options, considering such features as lumens-per-watt, color, distribution, glare control, controllability, upgradability, and payback. Walk away armed with knowledge and tools to determine if LED lighting is appropriate for your projects, and to specify the best LED products for your specific project goals.

This session is independent of the previous three webinars.

This session is approved for 1.0 GBCI CE hour (not LEED-specific) and 1.0 AIA/HSW/LU.

Presenters: Naomi Miller and Eric Richman, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory
