O+M 203: Establishing a Culture of Performance - Part 2: Performance
In this session, we’ll explore the performance requirements of the LEED for Existing Buildings: O+M rating system. Our subject matter experts will discuss best practices for performance tracking and explore the ongoing requirements for projects. By first understanding dynamic and recurring performance requirements, teams can ensure their approach is most effective during the performance period. This session is aimed at both new construction and existing buildings project teams.

This session is registered for 1.5 hours of LEED Specific (O+M) GBCI hours and 1.5 AIA/CES LU/HSW/SD hours.
