A case study of Walsh Headquarters Annex will illustrate the adaptive reuse of a dilapidated warehouse into a LEED Platinum office building.  This project achieved the most points (86) of any LEED NC project in Illinois.  The project team focused on maximizing LEED points associated with material reuse, potable water reduction, passive design (energy) and occupant environmental control systems. A review of the associated construction costs will be included.

Immediately follow the presentation will be a building tour.
