Whether your organization manages or builds affordable housing in the Chicago area incorporating green building into your organization’s construction program can be a challenge.  Come hear Jon Sader, the former Construction Director of The Make it Right Foundation, who developed a process to build affordable net‐zero housing in New Orleans' hurricane ravaged Lower Ninth Ward. Jon will discuss his paradigm (and repeatable process) for building affordable LEED Platinum homes for less cost than a conventionally built home.
