Join the USGBC Illinois West Suburban Branch for an in-person webinar on LEED 251: Strategies for Success in LEED: Water Use Reduction. This session is approved for 1.5 hours of LEED Specific (BD+C, ID+C, O+M) GBCI hours as well as 1.5 AIA/CES LU/HSW/SD hours.

The Illinois Chapter has purchased a subscription to offer USGBC's archived webinars in group settings in order to offer LEED Specific credential maintenance opportunities to our members. The fourth Wed of each month, you will have the opportunity to earn 1.5 LEED Specific hours at one of these in-person webinar viewings.

 

We are offering session packages at a discount for Chapter Members only. You can purchase a 5-pack or 10-pack if you would like to attend sessions hosted throughout the state or in several regions. (If you purchase a pack, you will be registered for this event and then receive a password to use to register for your additional sessions.)

Session 2 Description - LEED 251: Strategies for Success in LEED: Water Use Reduction:Water efficiency conserves both water and energy – generating benefits both for the environment and the bottom line. Determining water use reduction requires calculating an accurate baseline and reductions through efficiency strategies. Project teams often get tripped up on these calculations in LEED. Walk through calculations, issues and lessons learned from some typical and atypical scenarios. Register for this session to find a clear path for success in achieving LEED Water Efficiency Prerequisite 1 for design, construction and operations.
