The Lost Valley Visitors Center is a Certified LEED Gold building located in the McHenry County Conservation District's beautiful Glacial Park.  The Center is perched on a glacial moraine overlooking the park’s 3,200 acres of rolling prairie, wetlands, delta kames, oak savanna and the tranquil Nippersink Creek. The Park is located approximately 30 miles northwest of Chicago in Ringwood, Illinois and is one of the Chicago regions most magnificent natural areas.
