This presentation will explore the potential challenges and enormous opportunities for developing and certifying a corporate campus utilizing a Master Site approach.  Feasibility and benefits of using this approach will be discussed. 

You will learn strategies for Master Site credit documentation and more on the future of the LEED Application Guide for Multiple Buildings and On-Campus Building Projects. Additionally, a case study of a Fortune 500 company’s corporate campus, which is currently pursuing LEED-Gold certification will be examined.
