Join the USGBC - Illinois Chapter's South Suburban Branch for a building tour and panel discussion.

This event has been approved for 2.0 GBCI CEs and AIA CEUs.

Understand the lessons learned as the project team went through the LEED process for two municipal LEED certified buildings - the Public Safety Building and the Kankakee Administrative Building.  Learn how these lessons assisted them in achieving a higher Silver LEED certification on the second building - the Kankakee Administrative Building.  Specifically, the project's Commissioning Agent/Project Manager will speak from the building's perspective, the Lead Architect from the architect's perspective, and the Lead Engineer from the design engineering perspective.

This discussion will be followed by an interactive building tour.
