Join USGBC-Illinois for the upcoming webinar, Putting Yourself in Your Contractor's Boots and O&M Staff's Shoes: Team Roles on an O+M Project, and earn 1.0 CE hour (LEED O+M specific) toward your LEED AP or LEED Green Associate credential.

This course reviews staff and team member responsibilities on a LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (EBOM) project. The program covers LEED EBOM process and stakeholders; working with vendors and occupants; green cleaning examples and more.

The course is ideal for facilities maintenance professionals, energy managers, engineers, property managers, as well as all vendors working alongside of a LEED EBOM project and certification.

After this program, attendees will be able to:
  • Recognize the varied stakeholders involved in a LEED EBOM project
  • Consider how to organize the team to effectively manage the process
  • Summarize tools to work with vendors and occupants in a LEED EBOM project
  • Describe example green cleaning strategies
